Hardway Community Meeting

Hardway Sailing club today hosted a community meeting providing a forum for discussions on the problem of anti-social behaviour in and around the D Day Memorial Green, Hardway Waterfront, pontoons and the wider Priory Road area.

Despite being arranged in less than a week more than 80 people attended and were able to express their concerns and personal experiences to Local Councillors, Roger Allen & Diane Furlong and representatives of Hampshire police.

Thank you everyone who attended, your participation was greatly appreciated and this meeting was the first step in taking back the Hardway Green and memorial gardens for our community.
