Whilst the Council are pushing forward with the plans for a PSPO in Gosport this does not currently include the Hardway area. In response to our petition for a PSPO covering public green area at Hardway we have been asked to provide further evidence of ASB incidents as justification of the need for the PSPO.
If you have any photos, videos, records of calling 101 etc that you can provide to the Action Group to help build the true picture of what happens in the summer.
We are planning on meeting with the authorities to present this information at a future date to be agreed. Currently the evidence they have collected independently does not reflect the extent of nuisance that residents and visitors endure annually.
